I have alway...Oh my gosh, I am so glad I read this! I have always had such a fear of dancing -- with people at a club or in the midst of a crowd when I see my favorite band. I make up stories. "That girl is making fun of me." "I look stupid." "I'm too this or too that or too another thing." It has really been paralzying for most of my life.<br /><br />I try to keep J's line: "Don't ever let your mind stop you from having a good time" with me when I find myself in those moments.<br /><br />And dangit, I need to start getting my hoop on.
